How to Make Healthy Porridge - 3 Healthy Oatmeal Porridge Recipes

Banana Porridge:
- 1 cup (90g) Rolled oats
- 2 cups (480ml) Almond milk
- 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
- Pinch Salt
- 1 banana, mashed + 1 for topping
- 1 tablespoon Honey + for topping
- Walnuts for topping
Directions:
- Put the oats in a saucepan, add pinch of salt and cinnamon. Pour in the milk.
- Bring to a boil, reduce the heat to medium-low and simmer for about 10 minutes, stirring frequently until thickens or until you have the consistency you require.
- Remove from heat, add mashed banana, honey/maple syrup (optional) and stir.
- Transfer to a bowl, top with banana and walnuts or any other topping that you like and drizzle some honey or maple syrup (optional).
