Ingredients:
Cacao Almond Date Balls:- 200g (7oz) pitted madjool dates
- 85g (3oz) almonds
- 2 tablespoons raw cacao
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1 tablespoon natural peanut butter
- Pinch salt
Cashew Tahini Date Balls:
- 200g (7oz) pitted madjool dates
- 85g (3oz) cashew nuts
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1 tablespoon tahini
- 3 tablespoons desiccated/shredded coconut
- Pinch salt
Walnuts Cranberries Date Balls:
- 200g (7oz) pitted madjool dates
- 85g (3oz) walnuts
- 50g (1.76 oz) dried cranberries
- 3 tablespoons desiccated/shredded coconut
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
Directions:
1. Process nuts for 10-15 seconds, until crumbly.2. Add all the ingredients and process until sticky, about 1 minute.
3. Squash the mixture and roll between your hands to form balls.
